An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Firm’s thriving business support team for an IP Renewals Administrator based in either our London or Basingstoke office.
Key responsibilities:
- The role is within Maucher Jenkins’ dedicated Renewals Team (part of our wider Records & Formalities Team), providing the highest standards of support to the Firm’s Patents and Trade Mark Attorneys.
- The role will include records, formalities and renewals administration, liaising with colleagues and clients, preparing forms, payment of fees, reporting and invoicing.
About you:
- We welcome applications from candidates at all levels, although some administrative experience, preferably within a legal environment, is preferred.
- Experience within IP and renewals is not essential as training will be provided.
- The right candidate will be flexible and highly organised; they will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a strong eye for detail, along with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
