Our client is currently looking for a Talented Motor Vehicle Master Technician to join their expanding team based in Loughborough. The company are a UK leader in their sector and have been established for over 10 years. This is an exciting opportunity that will offer you stability and progression.
The ideal Vehicle Master Technician candidate will have:
- Experience of working with both cars and vans, ideally with a commercial background
- Knowledge of different types of vehicle makes
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Experience in a computerised maintenance system is desirable
- Experience in fault diagnosis and use of Diagnostic equipment
- NVQ Level 3 Mechanic Qualification
- Master Technician Qualification
- A technical background
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a workshop at Master/Senior Level
The Vehicle Master Technician role will involve:
- Carrying out vehicle diagnostics
- Diagnosing faults
- Repair and Service of all makes of vehicles
- Managing your own workload and diarise bookings
- Liaising with customers
- Using in house computer system to update jobs
- Working as part of a team and on your own initiative
