As Accounts Assistant you are qualified to a minimum of level 4 AAT, or you might be someone who has past experience that gives you the credibility to that level.
You will be joining a manufacturer based in the Midlands who were founded 7 years ago, have just moved into fabulous new facilities and are the envy of their competitors.
Here you will be working in close knit collaborative and supportive team environment where you can share ideas.
Are you a bit of a whizz on excel at home with manipulating data?
You will know your way around accounting packages, they use XERO, but its not essential for you to have used it before.
All the usual accounts tasks will be expected of you:
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Nominal Ledger
- Credit control
- Conducting credit checks
- Monitoring Accounts Inbox
The company has had a fantastic last few years and heavily invested in new machines and new team members.
The sales team here have been busy with new customers and large contracts coming to fruition, which is why they need you, and with their 2024 plans looking even more profitable this is the place to be.
You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £30,000 – £40,000, this is an office-based role, due to their location having the use of your own transport is essential.
Working hours are Monday to Friday hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm.
22 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
