Search Recruitment are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join our client’s Musselburgh office with hybrid and flexible working. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role would be well suited to organised individuals who are confident communicators and demonstrate a proactive approach. Your responsibilities will include: * Efficient invoice processing * Validation of purchase orders * Updating of pricing and product details * Maintain accurate sales and customer records * Preparation of monthly sales reports * Support with customer related queries * Managing credit card payments and direct debits * Provision of ad hoc administrative support as required Skills and experience you’ll ideally have: * Previous experience in transactional finance role * Demonstrable interpersonal skills * Proficiency in administrative record-keeping * Familiarity with sales reports and records * Comfortable using Microsoft Office package What’s in it for you: * A salary of 26k – 32k, depending on experience * Hybrid & flexible working * Opportunity for progression & development If you’d like to apply or find out more, please submit your CV at the earliest opportunity and/or get in touch at (url removed).
