As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient car finance application processing, supporting both our Sales Team and valued partners.
- Application Review & Management: Assess finance applications with precision, identifying discrepancies and missing details.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly resolve application discrepancies by working with our Sales Team, dealerships, customers, and brokers.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team to streamline processes and enhance partner satisfaction.
- Process Facilitation: Keep applications moving efficiently through the sales funnel to finalise finance agreements swiftly.
- Target Achievement: Work towards key targets, helping us convert more deals and maintain our industry-leading standards.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail – you love getting things right the first time.
