Responsibilities:

  • Prepare personal motor finance payout packs by validating customer ID and documents accurately and within service level targets.
  • Conduct various onboarding checks including vehicle HPI, AML, and anti-fraud checks.
  • Complete internal quality checks on completed payout journeys.
  • Manage payouts inbox, maintain awareness and adherence to regulatory policies and processes, and escalate all concerns accordingly.
