We are seeking a high-calibre Lead Science Technician for a prestigious Independent school in Solihull. This is a senior technical role requiring a professional with a pioneering spirit to oversee the preparation of practical resources across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. You will ensure that very little learning time is lost by providing seamless support for GCSE and A-Level practical assessments.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality practical support
- Manage the department’s health and safety compliance (COSHH) and risk assessments
- Oversee the procurement of specialized scientific equipment and chemical stock
- Maintain and calibrate high-end laboratory apparatus for A-Level research projects
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: £32,500 – £38,000
- Full-time, permanent position with access to modern facilities
