We’re looking for a Room Attendant to join our One Hyde Park Housekeeping team. Are you a master of craft? As a Room Attendant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:

  • Consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness, product presentation and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas to create a warm, friendly and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Provide a discreet one-stop service combining servicing of rooms with checking and replenishing of mini bar and amenities.
  • Ensure that the appropriate level of security for all guest belongings is achieved, aiding in creating a feeling of comfort and confidence for guests.
  • Ideally have previous experience in a five-star hotel and a passion for hospitality.
  • Provide a professional, attentive and impeccable service to achieve great customer satisfaction.

You will be working on a shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will be in the morning, afternoon and evening (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required. To be a successful Room Attendant candidate, you will ideally have previous experience cleaning in high-end, private residences to a high standard. You must have an excellent eye for detail, as well as strong verbal communication skills.
