This role is based in the BGEN Macclesfield office.

You will manage the commercial side of a busy project portfolio, keeping costs on track across multiple projects.
You will oversee subcontractor applications, direct labour, and materials, and you will estimate works using the agreed schedule of rates.
You will guide project changes through EWNs and CEs, and you will produce accurate monthly forecasts by reviewing daybooks and tracking cost-to-complete against programme.
