About the Role Our client is looking for a proactive and hands-on Stores Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of their stores and warehouse operation.
This is a varied role combining stock control, goods in/out and the assembly and manufacture of specialist products.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail and be confident using hand tools to assemble products to a high standard.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a practical role and takes pride in maintaining an efficient and well-organised stores environment.
Key Responsibilities Supervise the daily operation of the stores department, ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately.
Receive, inspect and book in deliveries from suppliers.
Organise and maintain stock locations to ensure a clean, safe and efficient warehouse.
Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
Carry out regular stock checks and annual stock takes.
Maintain accurate stock records using the company's inventory system.
Assemble and manufacture products in accordance with company specifications and quality standards.
Use a variety of hand tools and workshop equipment safely and effectively.
