Role: Neurodiversity Coach Location: Northwest  Hours: Full-time/Part-time  Contract Type: Permanent  About the Role  Our client is a community-based organisation dedicated to supporting the emotional health and well-being of neurodivergent children and young people, their families. We are looking for a dedicated  Coach to provide guidance, training, and tailored support to help individuals better understand and manage neurodevelopmental conditions.  Key Responsibilities:  Deliver one-to-one and group coaching sessions for children, young people, families, and professionals.  Provide structured learning programs to improve awareness and understanding of neurodiversity.  Support families in developing effective strategies to manage challenges and build on strengths.  Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to ensure a holistic support approach.  Plan and deliver workshops, training, and information sessions.  Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting requirements.  Stay informed about best practices and developments in neurodiversity, coaching, and emotional well-being.  Requirements:  Essential:  Experience in coaching, mentoring, or supporting children, young people, and/or families.  A strong understanding of neurodiversity, including autism, ADHD, and other learning differences.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work flexibly and adapt to individual and group needs.  Experience in delivering training sessions, workshops, or group activities.  A commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity.  Desirable:  A relevant qualification in coaching, mentoring, education, psychology, or social care.  Experience working in schools, community settings, or healthcare.  Knowledge of local services and support networks.  Benefits:  The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of neurodivergent individuals and their families.  Professional development and training opportunities.  A supportive and inclusive working environment.  To Apply: Please submit your CV and a cover letter to (url removed)
