Your Role: As a Neurodiversity and Wellbeing Coach, you will be at the forefront of our Neurodiversity and Wellbeing Programme. Your mission is empowering neurodiverse individuals and supporting staff in their interactions with neurodiverse participants. This role requires face-to-face delivery—no virtual coaching here!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one coaching to enhance personal and professional development.
- Hit targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance.
- Use motivational techniques to guide customer progress.
- Assess strengths and areas for growth in participant performance.
- Adapt to individual needs and interests.
- Collaborate with IT resources for performance monitoring.
- Implement tailored, person-centered programs.
- Measure and report outcomes using innovative tools.
- Understand contractual requirements inside out.
- Work with our team on exciting new contracts and business opportunities.
- Uphold legal and ethical standards, especially regarding safeguarding and wellbeing.
- Craft compelling copy for our website and social media.

Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience with disadvantaged groups (neurodiverse individuals, mental/physical health issues, prison leavers, job seekers).
- Familiarity with both online/virtual and in-person coaching sessions.
Qualifications:
- Level 5 Coaching qualification or equivalent teaching experience.
Additional Information:
- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.
- Location: Leicester.
- Contract: Permanent - Full Time.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30.
