LT Selection is recruiting two Employability Skills Coaches for an adult-learning provider. You will help adults aged 19 and over build practical skills, confidence and routes into work or further learning.
Based from a Bootle office base, you will deliver in community settings across Liverpool, with programmes funded by the Adult Skills Fund and lasting 15 days to 20 weeks. The role requires safeguarding knowledge, flexible travel to community settings, and a commitment to inclusion.
