We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting our bar operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation.. .

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, floor, and storage areas..
• Prepare and serve drinks to Jamavar’s exacting standards..
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines..
• Provide outstanding guest service and engage warmly with guests..
• Support stock control, deliveries, and inventory management..
• Adhere to all licensing, health, and safety regulations..
• Assist in creating new and innovative cocktails in collaboration with the Senior Team..

Who we are looking for

• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance..
• A true team player with a positive attitude..
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques..
• Excellent communication and guest service skills..
• Eager to learn, grow, and develop within a fine-dining environment..
• Previous experience in a luxury or high-end bar/restaurant is preferred..
