Bombay Bustle is looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie specialising in Tandoor and Curry to join our kitchen team. Inspired by the vibrant flavours of Indian cuisine, Bombay Bustle offers an exciting environment for a chef who takes pride in authentic cooking, consistency and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes across the tandoor and curry sections.
- Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and flavour.
- Ensure all food preparation is completed efficiently and in line with kitchen standards.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.
- Manage stock rotation, minimise waste and ensure proper food storage.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Support and guide junior team members when required.
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within an Indian restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, particularly tandoor cooking and curry preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering authentic, high-quality food.
- A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
