About the role

Cook / CDP In a truly stunning Retirement Villageand Care Home Painswick, GL6 6ULPermanent40 hours per week, Shifts are either 07.00-15.00, 10.00-20.00 and/or 12.00-20.00, and inc alternative weekends£29,952.00 (Equiv to £14.40/hr) PLUS A WELCOME BONUS OF £1,000Rated 9.5 / 10 by Care Home JOB DESCRIPTIONWorking in an Elderly and Retirement Village and Care Home, you will work in astunning place of work.

OVERVIEWWorking in anelderly nursing, you will be responsible for helping to deliver a high quality catering service, helping prepare a fantastic menu for the residents which are varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements.

The role will also involve Washing Dishes and food preparation.

You will be working for a charitable organisation in a new purpose built retirement care home.

You will have at least 2 years experience of working in a professional Catering position.

You will have a recognised qualification in catering ideally.

2 years of professional catering experience and a recognised qualification in catering.
