The key focus areas of the role include:

  • Working across all our brands: Peter’s Yard, Nakd, TREK, BEAR, Kiddylicious, Biscoff
  • Liaising with the team in Switzerland managing international orders
  • Arranging international collections with freight agents
  • Arranging export declarations / customs clearance documents
  • Requesting health certificates / certificates of origin as required
  • Processing export sales orders
  • Providing excellent customer service resolving all sales order queries and any issues, escalating when necessary to your line manager
  • Advising export account managers of customer shortages
  • Maintaining close relationships with the Inventory team and 3PL to ensure stock availability to fulfil sales orders
  • Ensuring that orders are transmitted to 3PL or factories for despatch
  • Monitoring and fixing SAP idoc errors on a daily basis
  • Investigating and raising credit notes against customer claims
  • Participating in weekly team meetings
  • Contributing ideas for profit improvement, cost reduction, system and process improvement
  • Raising export documentation as necessary
  • Any other duties, which might reasonably be requested in association with this role

Alongside living our TOP values, you will need:

  • Right-To-Work within the UK (without sponsorship)
  • Minimum Education to Bachelors Degree level
  • 2 years FMCG experience, background in Supply Chain and Logistics, ideally gained within the food industry
  • Intermediate IT skills including Excel
  • Numerical reasoning
  • Analytical ability
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Pro-active
  • SAP experience would be advantageous
