The key focus areas of the role include:
- Working across all our brands: Peter’s Yard, Nakd, TREK, BEAR, Kiddylicious, Biscoff
- Liaising with the team in Switzerland managing international orders
- Arranging international collections with freight agents
- Arranging export declarations / customs clearance documents
- Requesting health certificates / certificates of origin as required
- Processing export sales orders
- Providing excellent customer service resolving all sales order queries and any issues, escalating when necessary to your line manager
- Advising export account managers of customer shortages
- Maintaining close relationships with the Inventory team and 3PL to ensure stock availability to fulfil sales orders
- Ensuring that orders are transmitted to 3PL or factories for despatch
- Monitoring and fixing SAP idoc errors on a daily basis
- Investigating and raising credit notes against customer claims
- Participating in weekly team meetings
- Contributing ideas for profit improvement, cost reduction, system and process improvement
- Raising export documentation as necessary
- Any other duties, which might reasonably be requested in association with this role
Alongside living our TOP values, you will need:
- Right-To-Work within the UK (without sponsorship)
- Minimum Education to Bachelors Degree level
- 2 years FMCG experience, background in Supply Chain and Logistics, ideally gained within the food industry
- Intermediate IT skills including Excel
- Numerical reasoning
- Analytical ability
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Pro-active
- SAP experience would be advantageous
