Application Deadline 5 April 2026 Department Inclusive Growth Location Stratford Compensation £38,342 per year Role Overview As our Inclusive Growth Project Officer, you will provide project and coordination support that keeps our programmes running smoothly and to a high standard. You'll be involved in a wide and varied mix of work across employment and skills, innovation, community empowerment, impact measurement, and our inclusive growth assets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and manage meeting logistics.
• Arrange and support events.
• Manage financial administration including purchase orders and budget tracking.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Support funding proposals.
• Help produce reports.

You're a highly organised, detail-driven team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude and a genuine interest in inclusive growth and social impact. You'll bring experience in a senior administrative or project support role - including organising meetings and events, managing documentation, and supporting financial processes such as purchase orders and budget tracking. You're confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, communicate with clarity and professionalism, and are motivated by contributing to work that makes a real difference for diverse communities.

• The salary for this post is £38,342 per annum. LLDC operates a performance-based incremental pay scale.
• Probationary period of 3 months. Upon successful completion, confirmation of employment will be given, and the notice period will be three months.
• This is a permanent role.
• Full-time position, working 37 hours per week.
