Our School Improvement and Monitoring Team is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for children and young people across Lambeth. Working collaboratively with schools, trusts and governors, we provide strategic support, challenge and leadership to drive educational excellence, inclusion and improvement. As a School Improvement Adviser, you will support schools to raise standards, strengthen leadership and improve outcomes for children and young people across Lambeth. Working collaboratively with headteachers, governors, trusts and partner organisations, you will provide strategic challenge, support and advice to schools, helping to drive educational excellence, inclusion and effective governance.

  • Supporting schools to improve leadership, teaching, learning, inclusion and pupil outcomes.
  • Identifying, assessing and monitoring risk in schools and coordinating targeted intervention where required.
  • Analysing performance data and providing strategic advice to support improvement planning.
