About the role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals living in their own homes. The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting clients with diverse needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through personalised care and support.

Hours Available: Full Time/ Part Time Weekend/ Evening

Duties:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
  • Provide specialised care for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other cognitive impairments.
  • Support patients with medication administration and health monitoring in accordance with care plans.
  • Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements.
  • Engage clients in social activities and behavioural management strategies to promote mental well-being.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist clients to appointments or outings as required, ensuring safe transportation.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance quality of life.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies by applying first aid procedures when necessary.
