We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals living in their own homes. Hours Available: Full Time/ Part Time Weekend/ Evening
Duties:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide specialised care for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other cognitive impairments.
- Support patients with medication administration and health monitoring in accordance with care plans.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements.
- Engage clients in social activities and behavioural management strategies to promote mental well-being.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist clients to appointments or outings as required, ensuring safe transportation.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance quality of life.
- Respond promptly to emergencies by applying first aid procedures when necessary.
