Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Consultant Social Worker to join its client’s Family Help Team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and support a team of Outreach Family Support Workers, delivering high-quality Early Help services to children and families. Working within a strengths-based framework, you will provide reflective supervision, promote child-centred practice, and work collaboratively with partner agencies to improve outcomes for children and young people.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Outreach Family Support Workers delivering high-quality Early Help and home-based interventions to children and families.
- Provide reflective case supervision that promotes effective decision-making, professional development, and positive outcomes for children and young people.
- Ensure families receive coordinated support through effective multi-agency partnership working.
- Maintain high standards of practice, ensuring assessments, interventions, and recording are completed in line with statutory guidance and local procedures.
- Provide practice leadership within the service, support staff development, contribute to quality assurance activities, and help drive continuous improvement across Early Help interventions and family support services.
Qualifications and Experience
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience within children’s services
- Degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work
- Experience of supervising or mentoring practitioners
- Strong knowledge of Early Help, safeguarding, and multi-agency working
