About the role

Lawfront is seeking a Head of Finance to act as a strategic financial partner to the Managing Partner and senior leadership, driving performance and profitability across the group. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and MI development, translating data into actionable insights to support decision-making and long-term growth.

You will oversee all finance functions, provide coaching to the partner group, and work closely with the Group Head of Legal Accounts to ensure robust controls.
