They are currently seeking a German speaking Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and collaborative international team.

The Role
As a German speaking Customer Service Executive, you will provide comprehensive B2B customer support to clients and sales representatives across Germany.
You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth processing of orders and export activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly, providing effective solutions and outstanding service.
- Prepare and issue customer quotations.
- Support the external sales team, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.
- Attend weekly and monthly team meetings.
About You
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support or a similar office based role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work effectively under pressure
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary £30,000 per annum plus bonus opportunities.
