Fondée en 2008, La Côte International School ("LCIS") est une école de langue anglaise, qui accueille près de 450 élèves âgés de 2 à 18 ans. Nichée entre les vignobles et les vergers d'Aubonne, en Suisse, l'école internationale de La Côte se trouve à proximité de Genève et de Lausanne. Nous offrons à nos étudiants des expériences d'apprentissage internationales inégalées, inspirées par nos collaborations avec Juilliard, le MIT et l'UNICEF. Notre programme d'études sur mesure offre à nos élèves la possibilité de suivre un parcours en anglais, en français ou bilingue menant au programme du diplôme du baccalauréat international (IBDP), de renommée internationale.
Au sein de notre école internationale, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'organisation et le bon fonctionnement du service de transport scolaire. Cette fonction combine des responsabilités de coordination, de conduite et de relation avec les familles afin de garantir un service sûr, fiable et efficace pour nos élèves.
Vos missions :
- Coordonner les itinéraires, les horaires et les affectations des véhicules.
- Gérer notre plateforme de transport (Vectare / SchoolsBuddy).
- Être l'interlocuteur principal des parents, des élèves et des chauffeurs pour les questions liées aux transports.
- Assurer les trajets en toute sécurité en cas d'absences.
- Assurer le suivi administratif et réglementaire du service.
- Veiller au bon état et à la conformité de la flotte de véhicules.
- Collaborer étroitement avec le Coordinateur de Site et les équipes administratives.
- Participer à l'entretien général des bâtiments et des espaces extérieurs.
- Réaliser diverses tâches de conciergerie, de logistique, de nettoyage et de maintenance de premier niveau.
Votre profil :
- Permis D1, OACP et carte de qualification conducteur valides.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les tâches administratives.
- Sens de l'organisation, du service et des responsabilités.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer les imprévus.
- Une expérience en conciergerie, maintenance légère ou soutien logistique constituerait un atout.
- Capacité à effectuer de manière autonome des travaux de maintenance courante et de petites réparations.
- Taux d'activité en fonction des compétences manuelles.
- Casier judiciaire vierge et permis de travail valable en Suisse.
