Job Purpose: To coordinate and oversee the school's administrative processes, ensuring the efficient use of resources, regulatory compliance, and the operational support required for the continuous functioning of school activities. This role serves as a key liaison between academic, operational, and financial areas to ensure integrated and effective management across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control school revenues (tuition, services, extracurriculars).
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections.
  • Support budgeting, audits, and financial reporting processes.
  • Provide customer service to parents regarding payments and billing.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and legal regulations.
  • Oversee administrative operations across campuses and coordinate payments, services, and contracts.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Educational Management, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in administrative roles. Experience in resource management, team supervision, and financial/operational processes.

Skills: Organization and planning. Strong communication and teamwork. Leadership and decision-making. Problem-solving and adaptability. High level of integrity and professionalism.

Knowledge: Administration and budget control. Educational regulations. Accounting basics and procurement processes. ERP, Excel, and administrative tools.
