Job Purpose: Ensure compliance with SEIEM/SEP regulations through the comprehensive management of school, teaching, and administrative documentation; oversee enrollment and registration processes on the SINCE platform; and guarantee the proper academic and administrative functioning of the preschool level, acting as a key liaison with school supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with SEIEM/SEP regulations in academic and administrative processes.
  • Manage enrollment, re-enrollment, and data control within the SINCE platform.
  • Prepare official reports, statistics, and required documentation for educational authorities.
  • Coordinate School Technical Council (CTE) sessions and school committees.
  • Facilitate communication between leadership, teachers, families, and school supervision.
  • Follow up on lesson planning, evaluations, and academic reporting.
  • Ensure proper safeguarding and organization of official documentation and records.
  • Coordinate annual processes such as the 911 statistical report, PEMC, and analytical programs.
  • Implement institutional protocols related to safeguarding, coexistence, and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Administration, or a related field (required). Postgraduate degree in School Administration or related field (desirable).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in school documentation management or procedures with SEIEM/SEP. Experience coordinating academic and administrative processes.
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in digital platforms (SINCE, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Assertive communication with authorities, teachers, and families. Leadership and coordination of meetings and school committees. Analytical thinking for academic and statistical data interpretation. Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Adaptability and proactive mindset.
  • Knowledge: SEIEM/SEP regulations for basic education. SINCE platform (enrollment, evaluations, metadata). Development of Analytical Plans and PEMC. School Technical Council guidelines. Child protection protocols and personal data protection in education. School strategic planning.
