Job Purpose: Provide comprehensive support to the Extended Hours program through both administrative and operational functions. Ensure efficient program management, warm and professional attention to students and parents, and compliance with scheduled activities. Contribute to a safe, organized, and enriching environment that supports students' development beyond regular school hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage attendance, registrations, and basic administration.
- Support communication with parents and staff.
- Supervise students and assist with homework and activities.
- Organize recreational and educational activities.
- Assist in student arrival and dismissal routines.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in schools or extracurricular programs.
Knowledge: Basic school administration and Microsoft Office.
Skills: Empathy, patience, and responsibility when working with children. Strong organization, communication, and teamwork.
