Salary: Up to £30,000 + comms

Role Overview

The Outbound Telesales Executive is responsible for proactively contacting potential customers via telephone to promote products or services, generate leads, and secure sales opportunities. This role focuses on building rapport, identifying customer needs, and converting prospect interest into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through structured questioning
  • Present products/services clearly and persuasively
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions within CRM systems
  • Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., GDPR, TPS)
