Responsibilities include:

  • Build, develop and retain strong relationships with owners/management teams and employees of local and regional OEM organisations.
  • Take responsibility for OEM satisfaction at client’s decision maker unit and owner levels in your region.
  • Be accountable for OEM and Keyloop colleagues, managing client expectations versus the performance of Keyloop organisation.
  • Responsible for the performance of the total package of services and products of Keyloop in your region.
  • Grow existing accounts through a business mix relevant to role and local market.
  • Assimilate a good understanding of Keyloop products and services, utilising and leveraging internal product expertise with clients.
  • Produce a Business & Sales plan (PPT, Word, Excel).
  • Demonstrate a full comprehension of the Keyloop sales process.
  • Maintain a proven track record of existing business sales gained in a technology solution sales environment where the ROI has been based on business process change/optimisation.
  • Demonstrate a professional structured sales approach incorporating Prospecting, Contact Management, Qualification, Presentation, Objection Handling and Closing Techniques.
  • Develop existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Exhibit high computer literacy and familiarity with CRM/SFA systems.
  • Show well-developed commercial and financial acumen.
  • Engage in Sales Management and Planning.
  • Define OEM sales plan on a monthly basis, over a 12 and 36 month timeline.
  • Plan own workload and prospect visits efficiently through effective time management.
  • Balance client expectations versus realistic and profitable performance for Keyloop.
  • Self-manage by allocating the right amount of time to the right activities.
  • Be motivated, energetic and flexible in approach to work.
  • Focus on owning and completing the sales processes, not just specific tasks.
  • Drive self to deliver a quality client experience, exceeding client expectations.
  • Motivate clients to use Keyloop products and services through personal effort.
  • Be highly result driven, determined to achieve great sales results.
  • Identify opportunities to sell Keyloop products and services, introducing technical expertise to maximise success.
  • Be flexible and creative in identifying business opportunities.
  • Adjust sales strategy according to the situation.
