As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of activities and processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle to find and recruit the best talent for our business, mainly focusing on but not limited to the below responsibilities:
- CV screening
- Interview/assessment day facilitation
- 1st stage, online interview evaluation
- Face to face interviewing
- Attending careers fairs and being an ambassador of Keyence UK
- Support University campus recruitment planning, work with career centres to manage campus recruiting logistics, organise events and ship materials
- Recruitment database administration
- Candidate feedback
- Managing job postings and assembling interview documents
- Helping to maintain applicant tracking data
- Managing the recruiting inbox and responding to candidate enquiries
- Travel to other regional offices on occasion (Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham, Dublin, Milton Keynes)
