Who We Are Looking For

Required Experience:

  • Dynamics 365 CE implementation and development of custom plugins, workflows and actions
  • Strong C# skills for bespoke plugin/workflow development
  • Strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills for bespoke interface development
  • General Power Automate background
  • Insightful entity architecture knowledge, grounded in Fetch XML
  • Excellent communicator, able to engage at all levels with customers
  • Experience with source control (e.g., GIT), CI and a distributed team development environment
  • Windows certifications such as MCP, MCSE, etc.
  • Experience with Field Service customisation

Preferred Qualities:

  • Most productive working independently yet fully supported when needed
  • Obsessive attention to detail
  • Escalation handler capable of achieving win‑win outcomes using team skills
  • Ability to work effectively with remote teams in India
  • Flexible to deliver on tight timescales
