Due to continued growth within their mission-critical division, they are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Lead to take full commercial responsibility for a landmark new-build hyperscale data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland.
This is a rare opportunity to join a business at the forefront of the global data centre market, leading the commercial delivery of a flagship project from inception through to successful completion.
As one of the most senior commercial appointments on the project, you will play a critical role in driving commercial performance, managing risk and ensuring the successful delivery of this major scheme.
The Role Reporting to the Regional Commercial Director, you will lead the project s commercial function, taking overall responsibility for the commercial strategy and financial performance of the development.
