Requirements<\/h3>Duties:<\/div><\/div>• All areas of Residential and ideally some Commercial Conveyancing<\/div><\/div>• Lease extensions, both commercial and residential<\/div><\/div>• Open new files and conduct the appropriate searches.<\/div><\/div>• Handle the full life cycle of the conveyancing files.<\/div><\/div>• Residential sales and purchases, mortgages, and transfers of equities<\/div><\/div>• Make use of a good quality referred work.<\/div><\/div>• Re -mortgage, shared equity, and equity release on a high volume using a case management system.<\/div><\/div>• Commercial mortgages and lending knowledge<\/div><\/div>Candidate requirements:<\/div><\/div>• Flexible on the number of years’ experience, but ideally 2 years+<\/div><\/div>• Residential and Commercial Property Experience<\/div><\/div>• Working with developers on complex buying requirements<\/div><\/div>• Comfortable with volume files<\/div><\/div>• Conveyancing work experience with a focus on all areas of property<\/div><\/div>• Ideally, you will have worked for a high street practice.<\/div><\/div>• You should be a self -starter, keen to support your quality client base.<\/div><\/div>• Excellent spoken and written skills are a must.<\/div><\/div>• Good client liaison skills<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/span>Benefits<\/h3>Excellent salary for the right candidate with a company package, good conditions and hours. <\/div>Great prospects if required to move upwards.<\/div><\/span>
