Requirements

  • Working on the requirements for new employees to be onboarded.
  • Dealing with relevant paperwork and administration for the new starters and leavers.
  • Be a crucial point of contact for employees who require HR information. This can include holiday leave, sickness and benefits, and pension information.
  • Draft contracts of employment and ensure signed paperwork is returned.
  • Assist in the recruitment of new staff, including reviewing CVs, interview scheduling, and HR interviews.
  • Post jobs on the internet and job boards.
  • Daily HR admin requirements. Ensure compliance of staff and policies and procedures.
  • Create reports and commentary on employees when required.
  • Assist staff in times of difficulty.
