We are looking for a Field Technician to join our growing client.
This Field Technician role focuses on visiting sites to carry out repairs, adjustments and maintenance work covered under warranty.
The successful Field Technician will be responsible for resolving issues efficiently while maintaining excellent standards of customer service.
Working 40 hours per week with overtime available, this is a temporary role paying £14.00 per hour.
Based between Bicester and Aylesbury. this position could become permanent for the right candidate.
Duties
- Visit customer sites to assess and resolve warranty issues
- Carry out general maintenance and repair work
- Adjust and realign doors where required
- Repair cracked plaster and internal finishing defects
- Investigate and rectify leaking windows and related issues
- Complete inspections and ensure all work meets company standards
- Travel to customer locations as required with occasional stay away from home when necessary
Skills/Experience
- Previous experience as a Field Technician, Handyman, Maintenance Operative or similar role
- Good practical skills across a range of maintenance and repair tasks
- Ability to diagnose problems and find effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
- Confident working independently and managing site visits
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Full driving licence is required due to the nature of the position
This temporary Field Technician position offers varied work, independence and the opportunity to help customers maintain their garden rooms to a high standard.
While overnight stays may occasionally be required, they are not common within this Field Technician role.
