JRRL are looking for an Administrator to join their expanding client’s team in Sidcup. The right candidate will have experience of scheduling maintenance and repairs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with the right skill set.

Main duties for the Administrator:

  • Dealing with maintenance and repairs queries from start to finish, liaising with residents and contractors.
  • Raising work orders and assigning them to operatives.
  • Liaising with the contractor managers, operatives, and supervisors.
  • Producing RAMS.
  • Proactively offering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, developing excellent relationships.
  • Ensuring responses are dealt with in line with contractual SLAs.
  • Managing contractors’ diaries and scheduling planned work.
  • Booking sub-contractors for work.
  • Monitoring contractor and engineer performance, providing timely updates to all relevant parties.
  • Invoicing; raising and signing off purchase orders.
