Role of an Account Manager:
- Filling weekly bookings requested by the client
- Entering daily hours for payroll purposes
- Submitting weekly payroll once client has approved
- Dealing with day-to-day issues from the client and flexi workers
- Interviewing/recruiting when required to maintain a healthy pool
- Managing holidays for flexi workers
- Ordering PPE when needed
- Compiling KPI Data on a weekly basis for the client
As an Account Manager, you will need to have:
- Proven expereince as an On-Site Manager or Account Manager, preferably in the staffing industry
- A good standard of verbal and written English
- Good communication and organisational skills
- People management skills
- Flexible approach to shifts and working hours
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
