We are looking for an onsite Coordinator to work in our onsite office at our client’s premises in Teesside, TS23 4DU.
As an onsite Coordinator you will need to have:
- Knowledge of right to work policies in the UK
- Good people management skills
- Time management skills and the ability to manage own workload
- Ability to work productively under pressure
- Positive can do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word)
- Driving licence would be an advantage as off site travel is sometimes required

- Pay: £13.46p/h
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00-14:00
- Location: Teesside, TS23 4DU
- Duration: Perm
Role of an onsite coordinator:
- Booking of staff for shifts to ensure orders are fulfilled
- Supporting completion of daily payroll and client reports
- Updating of various reports and trackers
- Ensuring maximum number of shifts are filled each week
- Advertising vacancies and pre screening candidates
- Presenting group inductions
- Carrying out right to work checks on applicants
- Ensuring all induction packs are completed to the required standard
£17,500 - £17,500 a year
