A fast-growing, mission-driven wellness company is seeking an Organic Content Creator to own and deliver engaging, social-first content that builds brand awareness, community and engagement across organic social channels. The Basics:
- Full-time & hybrid: 2-3 days per week in the London HQ

The Role:
This is a hands-on, end-to-end content role with significant creative ownership. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, platform-native content that grows brand awareness, builds community and drives organic engagement.
Content Creation + Production:
- Own the full content lifecycle: ideation, planning, shooting, editing and delivery
- Create high-quality, short-form video content designed specifically for organic social platforms
- Produce content at speed and scale without compromising creative quality
- Build and refine production workflows, templates and systems to improve efficiency
- Leverage tools (including AI where relevant) to increase creative output and experimentation
Creative Development + Storytelling:
- Generate original content ideas daily, rooted in platform trends, internet culture and audience behaviour
- Translate brand objectives into entertaining, platform-native content
- Bring a strong digital storytelling lens to every piece of content—creating videos designed to stop the scroll, entertain and encourage sharing
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new content series, formats and creative concepts
- Identify opportunities to turn everyday business moments into engaging social content
Community Growth + Innovation:
- Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging content formats
- Continuously refine content based on engagement metrics, audience insights and platform best practices
- Balance creative experimentation with brand consistency
- Maintain visibility of upcoming content, published assets and performance
The Person:
- 2+ years' experience creating and editing social-first video content
- A natural storyteller with a deep understanding of what makes organic content engaging and shareable
- Highly in tune with internet culture, social trends and evolving platform behaviours
- Comfortable working autonomously with a high degree of creative freedom and ownership
- Skilled in videography and editing, with proficiency in industry-standard editing software
- Able to translate ideas into compelling, platform-native content
- Strong understanding of audience engagement across TikTok, Instagram and emerging social platforms
- Organised and efficient, capable of managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Open to feedback and driven by continuous improvement
- Confident directing contributors or talent when needed
