About the role

We're recruiting a Vehicle Technician for our client, a well-established, family run motor group based in Derby. This is a full-time, permanent position within a professional and well run workshop that takes real pride in the quality of work they produce.

The workshop is clean, organised and equipped with up to date technology, making it a great environment for a technician who enjoys working to a high standard. This is a long term opportunity with genuine career progression for the right person.

  • Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs across a range of vehicles
  • Conduct MOT testing if licenced to do so
  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent (preferred)
  • Solid hands on experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • MOT licence (desirable, not essential)

Salary of £25,000 to £40,000 depending on experience

  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays
  • Pension contributions
  • 1 Saturday morning per month paid as overtime
