We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. J&L Recruitment supplies asbestos operatives across the UK. It’s a busy, fast-moving sector and we need someone organised, sharp and confident on the phone to help keep everything running smoothly.
This role is hands-on. You’ll be speaking to operatives daily, filling bookings, chasing availability, checking certificates and making sure compliance is right before anyone steps foot on site.
What you’ll be doing:
- Booking asbestos operatives onto sites across the UK
- Speaking to candidates every day
- Checking right to work and certs
- Keeping records updated on our system
- Filling last minute jobs when things change (because they always do)
- Building solid relationships with the workforce
