We're currently looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established and growing children's residential care provider.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous Registered Manager experience within children's residential care
- Understands Ofsted, safeguarding and the regulatory framework
- Can lead, motivate and develop a strong staff team
- Is confident managing the day-to-day running of a children's home
- Has high standards and genuinely cares about outcomes for young people
- Wants to work for a company where their experience and opinions are valued
- Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of something, rather than feeling like they're simply managing a home on their own.
