As a Production Engineer your key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing manufacturing processes across the site.
- Develop and lead improvement and reliability initiatives across production.
- Support and contribute to the continual optimisation of production assets.
- Work collaboratively across operational teams to ensure production targets are met.
- Use data to identify failure issues in order to implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to operational teams on new processes and production assets.
- Work with current and also highlight new suppliers when sourcing materials.
What You'll Bring:
- Experienced Engineer, with proven experience in a technical role, such as Production Engineer / Process Engineer / Reliability Engineer / CI Engineer.
- Ideally degree educated, with level 3 apprenticeship as a minimum.
- From a manufacturing background with demonstrable knowledge in manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards.
- A strong problem-solver, who uses data to highlight issues and areas of improvement.
- You're self-motivated, proactive and enjoy working with others to get the best results.
