About the role

Joybuy, JD. com’s dedicated European retail platform, seeks a Risk Strategy Program Manager to build the foundation of our risk governance and decisioning systems.

You will design AI-native capabilities to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and marketplace integrity risks at scale.

This role sits at the intersection of risk strategy, system design, data, and AI, and partners with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to deliver scalable risk controls and continuous improvement.
