The Role * Provide operational leadership across a group of care homes, ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and service delivery. * Support, mentor, and develop Home Managers, promoting strong, stable leadership within each service. * Lead on quality improvement, governance, CQC readiness, and performance across the region. * Work closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic objectives, commercial performance, and sustainable occupancy. * Build trusted relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and families, representing the organisation with professionalism and integrity.
