About the role

Jark Stevenage are currently looking for an Injection Mould Toolmaker for a successful company in Stevenage.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manufacture and modification of injection mould tools in a modern well-equipped toolroom, with Hurco machining centres, Sodick wire eroders, Sodick spark eroders, and Jones.
  • Experience in injection mould toolmaking and high precision machining, milling, grinding, and fitting.
  • Understand and have experience of fitting and assembly of complex mould tools including their repair.
  • Have the ability to work to tight time scales without compromising quality and safety.
  • Maintenance, repair, and modification on injection mould tools.
  • Preparing new mould tools for production.

Candidate should have the ability to communicate well and be part of a team in a small business.
