The role is hybrid (1 day from home) with a salary of £38,000–£40,000 per annum and hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
The postholder will coordinate reactive and planned maintenance, manage contractors, and ensure adherence to service levels across all branches.
Strong organisation and communication skills are essential.
