Very modern, ambitious business growing quickly.

Projects - 2 stage.

Varied commercial portfolio including complicated cut and carve, CAT A and CAT B across London.

They work with discerning clients, have a requirement for design and engineering excellence, and a project team that is dedicated to delivering the highest quality.

Role - Full commercial responsibilities for scheme.

Upcoming projects include a £20m commercial cut & carve in EC2 and a similar £40m scheme in WC1.

Career - They want an ambitious SQS with the attitude and capability to progress into a Commercial Manager role and beyond.
