Block Property Manager Locations: Hoddesdon Hours: Monday Friday 9-5.30pm Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Block Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 300-400 residential units across residential developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of block management services, maintaining strong relationships with leaseholders and directors, and ensuring compliance across all aspects of property management. This role would suit a proactive, organised and confident individual who enjoys autonomy and takes pride in managing developments to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Managing a residential portfolio across multiple developments Liaising with leaseholders, residents, Freeholders and Boards of Directors Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and general queries Instructing and liaising with contractors to carry out necessary repairs Obtaining quotations, sourcing contractors and overseeing works through to completion Conducting regular site inspections and producing detailed reports Managing major works projects and liaising with Chartered Surveyors where required Administering Section 20 consultation procedures Attending and chairing client meetings and evening AGMs Setting annual service charge budgets and issuing demands Assisting with service charge and ground rent collections and arrears management Responding to solicitor enquiries and handling post-sale documentation Interpreting leases and issuing notices in cases of breach Managing all aspects of Health
