Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in electronics or cable assembly manufacturing who is passionate about maintaining high quality standards and ensuring products meet customer specifications.
Quality Inspector Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carry out in-process and final inspections of cable assemblies and electronic products
- Perform electrical testing including continuity, insulation resistance and dielectric strength testing
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and customer requirements
- Record inspection results accurately and report any non-conformances
- Assist with fault finding, root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Create and maintain Automated Test Equipment (ATE) programmes
- Work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to ensure right-first-time manufacturing
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to improve quality and efficiency
Quality Inspector Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in quality inspection within an electronics or cable assembly manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-A-610 standards
- Experience using manual and automated test equipment
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to inspection
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Friday, 07:45 - 15:15
